General Maintenance Workers
In addition to the daily work order requests for routine, non-routine and emergency maintenance services, building maintenance utilizes a computer based preventive maintenance program (PM). Preventative maintenance is proactive maintenance, facilities preservation, and renovation of facilities. Maintenance encourages the campus community to use our automated work request web site for submitting work requests.
