Get involved in CURRENT committee discussions
Thursday, March 6, is the deadline in which all bills must be passed out of their assigned House or Senate committees, or they are done for the year. If a vote was taken and a bill failed to pass, that bill is dead. The bills that just didn’t make it through the process may be picked up in the same spot next session.
Please let your legislators on the committees know if you have feedback, concerns or support a bill on the agenda. This is expected to be the committees' last meetings before they begin to take up bills that have passed the other chamber.
