Oklahoma’s federal programs ensure all children have a fair, equal and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach proficiency on state academic achievement standards and state assessments. Broken Arrow Public Schools receives Federal funding for the following academic programs:

Title III (English Learner, Immigrant and Bilingual)
Indian Education (JOM and Title VI)
Foster Care Plan
McKinney-Vento Assistance (Title X)

Title IX
These federal funds are used to supplement academic programs and provide opportunities to specific, designated groups of students.
