The following DRAFT calendars have been created based on research and information gathered by members of the Hybrid Calendar Committee. These calendars are only DRAFTS at this point and have NOT been finalized or voted on by the Board of Education.
A survey will be shared on Friday, Dec. 6 and will remain open until Dec. 22. Using this survey, the public can share input and feedback on each of the draft calendars. Please make sure to review this information BEFORE completing the survey as you will be asked questions that are specific to the drafts shown below.
The three DRAFT calendars all share the following commonalities:
Start date in August
End date in late May/early June
Each calendar includes 4 Distance Learning Days, compared to the 8 included in this year’s calendar.
The following differences between should be noted:
The 4-day week calendars have 165 school days, compared to the 176 days in the traditional calendar.
To account for the shorter calendar, 25 minutes have been added to each school day for all grades.
