Benefits
New Broken Arrow Public Schools employees will attend an orientation on their first day of employment and will be given information regarding eligible benefits.
All employees who work six or more hours will receive the following:
Life insurance from Sun Life Financial at no charge with options to buy up
All coverage amounts reduce to 60% at age 70
A disability policy from American Fidelity at no charge with additional options
Available health, dental, vision and life insurance from Employee Group Insurance Division (EGID)
All employees who work from four to six hours per day are eligible for health, dental, vision or life coverage through EGID.
Employees will also learn about a flex benefit allowance through the state or the district that will help offset the cost of their health insurance.
