Oklahoma State Department of Education district and school site report evaluation
In 2018, new accountability measures were enacted based on the guiding principal that all students can grow and all schools can improve. Under the new system, Oklahoma A-F Report Card calculation methods changed. The Oklahoma School Report Card is intended to provide a snapshot of school and student performance which can stimulate conversations about school successes and areas in need of improvement.
Grades are calculated based on a number of academic and nonacademic indicators. For elementary and middle schools, the indicators include academic achievement, academic growth, English Language Proficiency Assessment (ELPA) progress and chronic absenteeism.
