For the 2024-25 school year, online kindergarten enrollment is now open for new students to Broken Arrow Public Schools.
Note: If a Pre-K student is currently enrolled in the district, parents should only have to do the Annual Online Registration Updated for the new school year. Please do not enroll as a new student.
Kindergarten placement is dependent on elementary geographic boundaries. Download Kindergarten 'frequently asked questions' flier - English | Spanish.
Please note: Students will not secure a placement until all enrollment documents are received and approved. Please monitor your email frequently after application submission for correspondence from the Enrollment Center.

Broken Arrow Public Schools is participating in a summer feeding program that provides free meals to children age 18 and younger at various Broken Arrow school sites and locations. Students are required to eat on-site. USDA does not allow parents to pickup meals for children.
All meals meet U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines and are prepared with a number of locally-sourced ingredients.
Meals are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of meal service. The USDA restricts adults from eating from a child’s plate, but parents/caregivers may purchase a meal for $4.50 at the school sites only. Menus are subject to change.

Since 1999, The Broken Arrow High School Alumni Association has been honoring outstanding Broken Arrow graduates for their impact on the community. Known as “Great Graduates,” the purpose of the program is to recognize those who have brought honor to their community and to their Alma Mater through their personal and professional accomplishments.
The BAHS Alumni Association is currently accepting nominations for this year’s group of Great Graduates. To be eligible for the award, nominees must have graduated from BAHS at least 20 years ago, and display both the integrity and courage to motivate them to have a positive impact on their community. Though hard to measure, these qualities can be evidenced by a history of selfless giving of time and talent to community service and building a better future for others. As they continue to live out their commitment to excellence, they serve as a role model to the entire community.
Nominations can be completed online. The deadline for submitting nominations is July 1.
The awards reception for our Great Graduates will be held during the annual Homecoming football game.
Broken Arrow Public Schools is a student-focused, relationship-driven school district, and we understand the value in communicating with parents/guardians. To ensure prompt communications, we must review and annually update contact information for students. Returning Student Registration is now called the Annual Online Registration Update (AORU) through our Infinite Campus Enrollment Platform. The AORU process allows the enrollment team to quickly and efficiently update addresses, contact information and health consent for students. The completion of these online forms is mandatory in order to be re-enrolled for the next school year.
Please click on each of the questions to view answers.
The Annual Online Registration Update begins on Thursday, April 4, and needs to be complete by Monday, June 3.
Yes, once the AORU is accessed through the portal, parents/guardians will be able to designate a language option.
The student must reside within district boundaries. If you have moved outside of the Broken Arrow school district boundaries, after you have completed the Annual Online Registration Update process, you must complete an out-of-district transfer application. You will be notified of the transfer decision via email.
All addresses used for student enrollment must belong to the parent or legal guardian. (Please submit a marriage license if the Proof of Residency is in the name of a step-parent.)
Parents/guardians will access the Annual Online Registration Update through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you have not yet activated your parent portal, please check your email as information regarding the activation key has been sent in previous email communication. If you are a student’s mother, father or legal guardian and have not received an email initiating Parent Portal setup, please Contact Us.
Access the Parent Portal login link at Parent Portal login link. (Note: If you have forgotten your password or it needs to be reset, please contact your child’s school site.) Please note that access to the AORU must be done on the Parent Portal account and NOT the student’s account. Visit this webpage to get instructions on how to set up a Parent Portal account.
If you are a student’s mother, father or legal guardian and you need assistance with the AORU, you can reach out by using the following link: Contact Enrollment Services.
The Enrollment Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Our staff is available and will be happy to assist you in person as well.
Parents/guardians may also call the enrollment office at 918-259-7400.
Students in grades 6-12 for the 2024-25 school year can purchase their Chromebook insurance online.
The Broken Arrow Public Schools Student Technology Insurance Program has been established to give parents the opportunity to purchase insurance and provide Help Desk support for their child’s Chromebook device. This annual purchase gives parents peace of mind as the insurance package will cover Chromebook repair or replacement costs and damages to the charge cord. Lost or stolen charge cords will not be covered by the insurance (damaged charge cords must be turned in for replacement).
The insurance program is voluntary, but families are highly encouraged to participate.
Purchase 2024-25 Chromebook Insurance
Please keep in mind that if insurance is not purchased at the time of device acceptance, parents/guardians are responsible for the full cost of any repair or replacement of all damage to or loss of the Chromebook and charge cord. Acts of intentional damage will not be covered by the insurance.
